Our Website is taking user details(name, phone, email, gender, college, degree, date-of-birth, company, batch & year, city, career-details for job etc) through different forms like contact-form, feedback-form, quick-contact and career-form(to send resume for job) etc. The information is confidential and not being disclosed to anyone. The collected details are used to verify the valid user and send them appropriate business solution(reply of query on contact-form). Also feedback/review is used to improve business services.
Emails and SMS:
We sometime send email regarding confirmation of services or reply to service request or notification of services. We also send festival greetings, birthday greetings. Very rarely we send promotional emails/sms(with opt-out options).
User Photo and Usage:
Our information system capture/store pictures and keep in secure repository. Its generally captured from our mobile apps. The single purpose of such photo is to recognize the person and ease business management system like ERP and BPA.
Security
The website(s) has all security measures. The information is protected against loss and misuse. Since the market is open and internal applications are public 100% cannot be guaranteed.
Third Party Services
Sometime the information is being shared during third-party services. Like payment-processing, domain name registration provider, web hosting provider etc. These companies are prohibited from retaining, sharing, storing or using your personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. But still the domain-registrar, web hosting provider, SMS provider and any other third-party has their own policies which are not under EZEON’s control.

We use a tool Google Analytics to gather the client usage behavior like Pages he/she is visiting, IP address, Browser Identity, Operating System being used or any devices used by client to access our sites, visiting history, geographical location tracking etc. These details are used for service and user experience improvement. The tools also store cookies in client-browser to track the returning visitors etc. Google Analytics policies are no under our control, check Google Policies(http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/). Also Google Analytics cookies can be disabled from browser-settings to avoid tracking returning visits.
Surveys
We do survey through own website or other third-party tools to understand the user/client behavior to improve the services and to identify the future business scope and opportunities. But the information is not being misused.

When user stop taking our services or delete or cancelled the account, the account status will be deactivated and information in our database server will not be deleted. We will retain and use your persona information as necessary in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
