Below terms and conditions are exclusively applied on students and trainees.
- Infrastructure and Platform:
EZEON provides training infrastructure and practice labs for students on "as is" and "as available" basis. We always try to provide up-to-date and suitable infrastructure and environment but anything which is not compatible or suitable or not-up-to-the-mark in infrastructure is not our responsibility. - Price Detailing and Payments:
On proposal or during inquiry all course details and prices are described clearly with applied taxes, offer/discount/coupon/group-discount/full-course-subscription, payment-terms including part-payment, delay-payment, advance-payment(registration fees) and payment-schedule. We deal with upfront payment(full/part/advance) for training services. Training fees can vary time by time without pre-intimation to user. But will not reflect on existing committed fees for subscribed courses. In case of payment-delay EZEON may stop/terminate your training subscription without any pre-intimation to user. Any batch/classes/knowledge loss(es) to user due to this, is the sole responsibility of user itself, EZEON is not responsible for any user loss. It MAY possible that we allow you to recover the skipped topics in some other following batches. - EZEON does not guarantee for uninterrupted and continuous availability of training, but guarantee to complete the commitment course and Also any delay in course duration(time) may be possible
- EZEON provides best in class training platform to user but how better user is learning is not our responsibility, because it depends on various factors like regularity on class, regular practice and participation, basic skill sets etc.
- Course topics are delivered with best quality and accuracy as per the trainer’s skill basic and experience, sometime there is a possibility of mistake during course delivery, we try to verify and correct it as possible, but we do not guarantee for 100% accuracy.
- Once you joined us for a course you can re-attend the same-course during same-year (within 12 months), this is a kind of revision program. This condition is not applied on Internship, Industrial Training, Major/Minor Training and Online Courses.
- Offer Validity and Group Discounts:
The offers given to user will be applied only within the offer-period. Once validity is expired regular pricing will be applied. Group(fixed number of students) discount is also valid for given time period. When count is less in group the regular fees-structure will be applied. - Hardware and Software or any losses in user system including IT infrastructure(SW, HW, Network, Information/Data) or Physical Infrastructure(building damage, fire etc) due to our software-products/application/code/program is not our responsibility, User solely responsible for any such losses.
- No guarantee or warranty for uninterrupted availability of Third-party services Web Server, Domain Registration and SMS Service etc. (when applicable)
- Any loss(es) to user through hacking, virus, security, disaster etc are not our responsibility. Even EZEON is not responsible for any recovery of loss. We may help and advice our client regarding this and tell the possible precautions.
- Any domain-name specific issues like domain-hijacking etc are not our responsibility. Because they are provided by third-party service providers. We are just registering the domain on user-behalf and we handover the access rights to user. User itself has to care for security of his account.
- Service Termination:
- (a) After Completion of Course, Contract/Subscription will be automatically terminated, without any preintimation/notification by either party.
- (b) Note that no REFUND is applicable in Service Termination.
- (c) When payment not made on-time user will be Terminated/Blocked/Interrupted.
- (d) EZEON can terminate/block the Service/Subscription anytime without notification when user misuse (like Email spamming, bulk emailing, Virus Spreading, any software attack experiments, adult/sexual media/content use/publish, network sharing through wi-fi hotspot applications) training infrastructure.
- (e) You will be immediately terminated without any clarification and notice when you found involve in any conflict.
- (f) You will be terminated in case of unsatisfactory behavior.
- (g) You will be terminated in case of distracting/interrupting our company work culture.
- (h) You will be terminated in case of data stolen(software app).
- Refund Policy:
- (a) Total calculated efforts and cost (work which is already done on project) will be deducted from paid amount.
- (b) 25% compulsory deduction along with above clause (a) will be additional deduction. That isRefund Amount = Paid in advanced Amount - [Clause(a) + Clause(b)]
- (c) Registration fees is non-refundable
- (d) Refund is eligible only during initial 15 days after registration or within 15 days of batch progress.
- (e) The refund will be processed after 15 days of settlement.
- (f) EZEON will provide clear justification for refund.
- (g) Note that no-refund applicable for Offer Price/Discount/Group Discount.
- (h) In advanced registration for a batch, if batch could not be started then 100% fees will be refunded/returned.
- Services are "as is" and "as available" basis
- Dispute Resolution and Legal Affairs
- (a) By direct communication to user/client.
- (b) By any third-party settlement.
- (c) All Disputes are subject to Bhopal Jurisdiction only.
- Source Code Policies
By default EZEON does not provide Project/Product source code, developer API, API Docs and Project Documentations. We provide reference documentation and student/user has to prepare their reports and presentations by own. - Service warranty and limitations
- (a) Technology is served as best of trainer’s skills, mistakes may possible.
- (b) Possibly all mistakes and doubts will be clarified during the course duration.
- (c) Technical issues may also be resolved even after courses based on our mutual relationship.
- (d) There is no guarantee to cover 100% depth of technology/course.
- (e) Technical issues will be resolved through Face-to-Face, Email, Phone Call, Discussion Forum and Sometime Screen Sharing for remote users.
- Delay Payment Policy
- (a) The service may be interrupted when payment is delayed.
- (b) When payment is delayed from due date 5% will be charged extra on due-amount till first 15 days after that either service will be terminated or 5% extra charge will be continue for another(next) 15 days.

- Pirated Information – Data/Images/Video/Audio of anything which is being used in your application is solely owned by user itself. EZEON has no concern with Licensing matter in user-applications.
- Re-activate/Re-enable Service or Product is possible on "as is" and "as available" basic. Also the due charges and activation charges must be clear to activate services.
- Any issues on Third-party tools and products or service are not EZEON's responsibility.
- These terms and conditions will be applied with other user/product/service-specific terms and conditions(when/if required).
